What makes the Superior Group different from other real estate companies?The Superior Group has been established for over 25 years' and we are expanding our customer and product base all the time. We have recently won two further Bentley International industry awards for the Best Floridian Development (Regal Palms) and Best use of International Marketing (Regal Palms).
How many countries do you currently sell overseas property in?Superior has the widest range of international property portfolios in the business. We currently market over 20,000 new and resale freehold properties in Florida, Spain, Turkey, Morocco, Cyprus, Crete, Bulgaria, Hungary, Thailand, Egypt, The Caribbean, Dubai and Portugal, and we are constantly looking at expanding into new markets.
Will there be set up cost to becoming a Superior Agent?There are no set up costs to become an Agent for Superior, however there are likely to be cost involved for new product marketing launches or when adding new products to your website/portfolio. These costs are minimal.

If I already sell property in other countries am I still able to work with you in the countries that I don't sell property in?Yes. You can take on as many or as few of our developments in the areas you choose.
Will you market to my own clients?We will not market direct to Superior Agents clients once an Agent has full ownership of a client.
What support services and training do you offer?All Agents will benefit from a customised package of training prior to becoming an Agent as well as on an on-going basis. Training will focus on real estate skills and product knowledge. We also have specific training packages in place for all of the staff within your team held at either Superior's UK headquarters or alternatively on-site at yours. Overseas training trips and support at seminars/ exhibitions can also be arranged.
How can we market Superior properties via our own branded company website?We have few web portal options available. You can either use your existing website to upload our property portfolio or alternatively we can help you to set up an entirely new website from scratch.
Inspection trips, how do these work, who books them?Once your client is ready to book an inspection visit, our highly experience travel team will contact you with the available flight options and prices which you can then relay to your client. Once they are happy with the flights and itinerary the travel team will book this with your client or directly with yourself.
What after sales support do you offer particularly in regard to rental and management?Our after sales division based at our headquarters in the UK will work with both Superior Agents and their clients along with an appointed Superior member of staff for each geographical location. We offer excellent management services along with high levels of rentals; in some cases we offer guaranteed rentals, maintenance, cleaning and utilities which can all be managed in the client's absence.
Will our business partnership be legally binding?Yes this will apply on both sides. In order for there to be no misunderstandings, both parties will sign a legally binding contract the 'Superior Group Agency Agreement' that clearly outlines each parties responsibility.
