Have you got what it takes?
Now that you have had time to digest this information, the next question we need to ask is if you think you have what it takes. We are looking to appoint a number of Superior Agents that have the drive and motivation to work closely with us to make a success of their own business. Ideally from a sales, property or financial background (although not essential) you will need to have a passion for making the customer experience of purchasing overseas property reflect the quality of the Superior brand.
Our opportunities of becoming a Superior Agent extend across the UK and we are looking for individuals that can commit to excellence and growth. In addition to experience and drive you will need to maintain effective relationships with Superior Management and customers.
Become a Superior Group Partner in 5 simple steps
Step One - ResearchBefore you decide on becoming an agent research the international property market in the UK and look at all of the options available to you. To ensure that you have a larger product range, select a company that sell and develop properties in more than one country. Review the whole of our Agents Hot Property Portfolio Guide and corporate website to familiarize yourself with our international property portfolio. Alternatively contact one of our Agency Programme Consultants who will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Step Two - ApplyAfter you have carried out your research and read through all of our marketing support materials you will need to fill in a Superior application form which can be found at the back of this booklet. Alternatively you can do this online by click on Apply Now at the bottom of the page. Filling in an application form puts you under no obligation to become an Agent.
Step Three - DiscussOn receipt of your application form one of our Agency Programme Consultants will contact you to discuss your application further. Any additional questions that you may have about becoming a Superior Agency will be answered at this stage.
Step Four – ReviewAfter an initial conversation with one of the Agency consultants, the next step is to arrange a meeting where we can discuss in more detail your plans for your business. We will cover the support options available in regards to the website and training. Assuming you have the marketing budget or sufficient contacts to generate business we can then issue you with an Agency Agreement.
Step Five – Join the TeamOnce you have signed an Agency Agreement, you will be invited to attend a comprehensive one day training course. In addition to this you will be provided with a 'sales tool kit' that will comprise of marketing brochures, A5 flyer, folder and a selection of discs with graphics on and also a log in for our Agency section of the website. This site gives you access to the very latest database of properties available to market along with full property information.
