We have been fortunate in consistently winning accolades from a variety of international property professionals, and we believe they reflect our commitment to quality.

The Bentley International Property Awards

The Bentley International Property Awards are an important independent benchmark for a wide range of activities and services connected to the property business including development, interior design, architecture, property advertising, marketing and estate agency services.

Now in their eleventh year, these prestigious awards are judged by a panel of twelve volunteers, chaired by Eric Pickles, MP for Brentwood and Ongar.

Other judges include Helen Shield (Editor-in-Chief of International Homes and English Homes magazine), Laurence Llewellyn Bowen and other distinguished experts in the fields of property design and construction, as well as property writers and fellow sponsors.

Homes Overseas Awards

The Homes Overseas Awards reward the very best in new homes abroad. In this rapidly expanding market, the awards offer much needed assurance to buyers that a newly built property has been well put together, with great care and attention given to the construction and finish. The credible, transparent manner in which the awards are judged gives winners a quality position in a crowded market, often faced with cynical media attention. Now in their second year, these awards are judged by an independent panel of experts and have rapidly become the benchmark for the finest in international real estate and new properties around the world.

To ensure that the awards represent the needs and interests of today's property buyers, they focus on the seven most popular destinations of overseas property buyers: Cyprus, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain (and its islands), South Africa, and the USA (Florida). The 23 awards recognise properties built after 2000 in these specific countries, as well as offering general categories open to developers and agents all around the world.

The Superior Group won Bronze Awards in the Homes Overseas Awards 2005 for Best Spanish Villa and Best Landscape Design, to add to the Bronze Award won last year for Best Floridian House. The Homes Overseas Awards recognise and reward the very best in international real estate across Spain, Florida, Cyprus, France and Portugal.

Los Halcones, a 4-bedroom villa designed and built by the Superior Group in the foothills of the Sierra de las Nieves near La Quinta Golf and Country Club won Bronze in the Best Spanish Villa category for its high quality and value for money. The property successfully mixes traditional Mediterranean design with contemporary features such as a heated jacuzzi rock pool and intelligent home systems, including automatic light-reactive blinds. The judges praised it for its attention to detail and its investment potential.

Bronze for Best Landscape Design was awarded to another Superior Group property in Benahavis. No 34 Los Arqueros was the last in a series of villas built for investors, and the steeply sloping plot presented a major challenge. The Superior Group solved the problem with a series of steps and terraces which accommodate a pool, a thatched summer-house, lawns, and trees. The award was given for this imaginative approach to turning a seemingly impossible site into a garden with character.
