The Property Investor Show is the 'must attend' forum for anyone serious about property investment. 2007 marks it's 6th year at ExCeL - and the show underlines the continued commitment to property investment by UK residents, irrespective of prevailing economic conditions. It is anticipated that the show will attract over 250 exhibitors and a visitor audience of around 13,000 first-time and experienced investors interested in acquiring UK and overseas property.

The Superior Real Estate Group will be located on stand 345.

Location

The Invest in Property Show will take place from Friday 21 - Sunday 23 September 2007 at ExCeL, London, which is located in the heart of London's Docklands.

Set within a stunning waterfront environment in the dynamic and thriving Docklands, just a stone's throw away from Canary Wharf, ExCeL is the ideal venue for this type of event. Located less than 5 minutes drive from London City Airport, ExCeL is accessible by air, rail, road and sea.

Road

ExCeL London is just a 10 minute drive from Tower Bridge and a 25-minute drive from Junction 30 on the M25. The venue is easily reached from Central London via the Limehouse Link and via the M25, A13, M11, A406 (North Circular), the Blackwall Tunnel and Rotherhithe Tunnel from other parts of the country.

On approach, follow signs for Royal Victoria Docks, City Airport and ExCeL.

Parking

ExCeL London has parking onsite for over 4,000 cars, including wide bays suitable for disabled drivers. Onsite parking costs £2 per hour, maximum £10 per day.

Rail/Tube

ExCeL is connected to the Jubilee line at Canning Town via a 3-minute DLR journey (Docklands Light Railway) to ExCeL's dedicated station Custom House for ExCeL for the west entrance. (Prince Regent Station for the east entrance). ExCeL is also connected directly to the Central, Northern, Circle, District and Waterloo and City lines at Bank and the Circle and District lines at Tower Hill via the DLR.
