This badge means that The Superior Real Estate Group is a founder member of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP).

The Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) has been set up to guide and to regulate the international property market and to provide quality assurance to consumers.

It is a non-profit organisation that exists solely to improve standards of professionalism in this market. AIPP membership is the stamp of approval for international companies.

The Superior Group is a Founder Member of the AIPP. It has voluntarily committed itself to industry regulation and is playing its part in improving industry standards. Its continuing membership can be confirmed on www.aipp.org.uk or www.aipp.ie.

All Members have voluntarily agreed to follow the AIPP Code of Conduct. This Code has been established to help and protect you, the buyer, by ensuring Members follow professional guidelines. The badge of membership is a reminder to you at all times that a company is following professional industry standards and working hard to deliver customer satisfaction through honesty, integrity and accountability.

If you find that a Member is not following our Code of Conduct, you have the right to complain to the AIPP and all Members have agreed to be bound by our Dispute Resolution Procedure.

Membership of the AIPP is a serious commitment to professional standards and to making this industry better and safer for you, the buyer.

Nobody can 'guarantee' a perfect property purchase, at home or abroad. If anybody tells you they can, please be wary. However, the AIPP can make this market better and AIPP Members are working hard to do just that. With their voluntary commitment to professional standards, AIPP Members should be one of the first things you find out about when buying property overseas.

How does the AIPP help you when buying a property overseas?

Members of the AIPP have voluntarily committed themselves to industry regulation. When you see that a company is a Member of the AIPP, it tells you certain things:

• A company has been vetted and approved.
• A company has submitted to industry standard training.
• A company has agreed to follow the AIPP Code of Conduct.
