Support services

Account management

We provide all Superior Agents with a dedicated Account Manager. This means that there will always be someone on hand to assist you with your day-to-day enquiries. All of our Superior Agency Account Managers are highly committed to delivering the support that you expect. Our intense training ensures that every member of the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge to provide an expert and professional service at all times.

Marketing and promotional support services

All Superior Agents are provided with sales tool kits to help them achieve optimum sales. This useful sales kit comprises of the following support materials:

International Property Portfolio Guide - this is a 160 page colour brochure that contains all of the very latest international property listings in seven countries. It also features the Superior Group’s resort developments in the US and Europe . This brochure is updated approximately on a quarterly basis to ensure that all new property listings are included. This brochure has also been designed to enable all Superior Agents to place their contact telephone number and address on the back.

Agents A5 Leaflet - this marketing piece has been designed to be used for either direct mail campaigns or as handouts at exhibitions and shows. This leaflet explains the ease of purchasing overseas property and provides a flavour of the type of properties available. It has been designed to promote a response from customers as there is a feedback form for them to complete and send back to their respective Superior Agent.

International Property Portfolio Guide Folder - this folder has been designed so that your customers can keep all of their documentation in one place. It allows all Superior Agents to place their contact address and telephone number on the back of the folder.

Advertising - in order to assist Superior Agents with marketing their business, we have created a number of advertising house styles in different sizes that can be used in local or national press or trade magazines. These templates allow Agents to place their own corporate branding and contact details on.
